Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Dive deep into sales data to uncover trends and opportunities, providing data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Sales Process Optimization and Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Talon's sales processes, resolve administrative tasks, and ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and enhance Talon's CRM system, ensuring accurate data and providing training to teams for increased productivity.
  • Sales Forecasting and Planning: Support sales forecasting and performance monitoring, including the management of sales quotas and territories.
  • Sales Training and Enablement: Develop comprehensive training materials to enhance Talon's sales team's skills and ensure access to essential tools.
  • Sales Technology and Tools: Evaluate, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales success and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Previous Experience in Sales Operations: You bring a wealth of experience to the table, with a strong track record of success in sales operations.
  • Experience Working Closely with CRO/VP Sales: You have collaborated with executive-level leadership to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: You are adept at using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and are familiar with sales automation and analytics tools.
  • Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills: Your ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights is unparalleled.
  • Problem-Solving Ability and Attention to Detail: You thrive in solving complex challenges and are meticulous in your work.
  • Knowledge of Sales Methodologies and Strategies: You have a deep understanding of various sales methodologies and strategies.
