Key responsibilities:

Be part of an exceptional executive leadership team.
End-to-End responsibility for the company's R&D vision, performance, and deliverables.
Led several squads' responsible for delivering End-to-End features, focused on delivering advanced security capabilities.
Defining and leading the R&D squads' growth plan and strategy.
Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced and evolving environment while maintaining uncompromising quality.
Solve a wide variety of challenges - from low-level platform-specific problems to high-level software engineering
Participate in our agile, delivery-focused development process in a fully automated environment with full CI/CD.

Requirements:

Positive, Independence, and quick decision-making abilities.
8+ years of proven experience developing low-level, large-scale systems, and multi-platform systems.
5+ years of experience in managing a development group, leading at least 20 employees including low-level developers and research teams.
Ability to lead R&D to deliver major innovation and roadmap items.
Global, multi-culture experience in customer-facing.
Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have:

Understand how Web Browsers work (cookies, sandboxing, profiles).
Experience working with JavaScript and/or familiarity with building Chrome extensions.
Experience working with cloud backend and full stack development.
Experience working on and contributing to open-source projects.
